I'm traveling today and uh oh I forgot cash. I'm still thinking in the stone ages when you could only use cash when hopping in a cab. BUT the bigger frustration kicked in when I phoned my bank (Chase) to ask how can I activate my debit card PIN #. Apparently, when I requested the card this particular account did not have a PIN# attached to it.
Now, I completely understand the concerns of a bank for consumer protection, but my goodness there was NO WAY for me to even access the information online. I thought we were in 2010?! We can broadcast our location via FourSquare and pay every bill imaginable online, but I can't access personal information about my bank account.
Ok, I'm off my soapbox and onto St. Louis.
